Samsung realizes that their note 7 battery explode due to pressure isolation plates. Samsung has submitted documents to the Korean Standard and Technology to carry out the investigation. the document stated that the blast several units of samsung galaxy note 7 is due to runaway chain reaction and then increasing the temperature of the battery and collects in a small space and suddenly burst. Samsung said that their supplier is the reason of incident occurred due to the formation of the battery exceeds the pressure of isolation plates. The explosion also occur due to the negative and positive poles of the battery contact resulting to shortcircuit.
A reddit poser said that the units of samsung galaxy note 7 that have not been restored could be deactivated remotely before September 30 2016.
a user in reddit LimboJr said that the replacement unit will arrive in from from Sept 19 2017 with a Gear VR unit and prepaid parcel to send the deffective devices free of charge back to owner.
"As of Sept. 1, a total of 35 claims were registered with Samsung's service centers at home and abroad. Only 24 units on a scale of 1 million were affected by the battery problem. By putting our top priority on customer safety, we've decided to halt sales [of Galaxy Note 7] and offer new replacement handsets to all customers."
Samsung said, "Even before we have the final result of the investigation, we plan to establish and carry out the best ways to take care of our customers."
"We are currently investigating the battery issue in cooperation with battery manufacturers."
